How to File a Warranty Claim

Contact us at (208) 917-1453 or through the contact page. Describe what you're seeing - leak location, visible damage, when it started. Have your warranty documentation available if possible.
Inspection Scheduled Within 48 Hours
We dispatch a crew to assess the issue within 48 hours for non-emergency claims, same day for active leaks. No charge for the inspection under warranty.
Determination Made On-Site
We assess whether the issue is a workmanship defect, material defect, or storm event. We show you what we find and explain our determination clearly before any work is performed.
Repair at No Charge
If it's a workmanship issue, we fix it immediately at no cost. If it's a material defect, we initiate the manufacturer claim on your behalf and coordinate the repair.
