Inspection Approach
NXT LVL ROOFING & EXTERIORS
Forensic - moisture meter, pitch gauge, impact mapping
Typical Contractor
Visual walk or drive-by estimate
Forensic inspection standards. Insurance claim expertise. Premium materials. A lifetime warranty we actually honor. This is how we work - and why it matters.
In Idaho, anyone with a truck and a ladder can call themselves a roofer. No required training. No certification. No accountability when the roof leaks two years later and the company has changed names or disappeared.
After a hail storm, dozens of out-of-state storm chasers descend on the Treasure Valley. They knock on doors, promise free roofs, disappear after the insurance check clears, and leave behind roofs that fail code or never match what they promised. The insurance company overpays for cheap work. The homeowner thinks they got a deal. The roof fails in year three.
NXT LVL was built as the alternative to that contractor.

For insurance-paid work, the cost to you is typically your deductible - same regardless of contractor. For cash-pay work, we're competitive. We don't compete on being the cheapest, because the cheapest roofer always costs more eventually.
For active leaks: same day or next day. For inspections and estimates: typically within 48 hours. For scheduled installations: most jobs are completed within 2–3 weeks of contract signing.
We provide a written lifetime workmanship warranty on all installation work. If anything we installed fails due to workmanship, we fix it at no charge. No hoops, no fine print. See our warranty page for full terms.
For the inspection and final walkthrough, yes - we want you to see what we see. For the actual installation, no. We'll confirm before-and-after photos and a full documentation package when we're done.
"NXT LVL found $14,000 in damage my adjuster missed on the first inspection. They came back out with us, showed the adjuster exactly what they documented, and our claim was reopened. We got a full replacement instead of a patch job."
"They told me I didn't need a full replacement when every other contractor said I did. Saved me $8,000 out of pocket. Three years later the repair they did still looks and performs perfectly. That's integrity."
"Done in one day. Crew was professional, cleaned up perfectly, and called me to walk the job before they left. The written warranty and documentation package they provided was more thorough than anything I've ever received from a contractor."
The best way to understand the NXT LVL difference is to experience an inspection. We show you exactly what we find, explain what it means, and give you a written assessment - no pressure, no obligation.
